  • To help us stay organized, please enter when you'd like to drop off and pick up your pet(s) off for boarding.

    Our office hours are:

    Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 12:00PM & 5:00PM – 7:00PM
    Saturday 9:00AM – 12:00PM
    Sunday 4:00PM – 6:00PM

    We do not offer pick up and drop off hours on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day. We have pick up and drop off hours of 9:00AM - 12:00PM only on Christmas Eve Day and New Years Eve Day.

  • EMERGENCY & VETERINARY INFORMATION

    If your pet requires treatment, we will attempt to consult your local veterinarian first, then our veterinarian or the 24 hour emergency vet service. Any and all costs associated with a pet's treatment shall be reimbursed by the owner.

  • ABOUT YOUR PET(s)

    For the health and well-being of all of our boarders, we require proof of current vaccinations for the following:

    • Rabies
    • Distemper combination
    • Bordetella (kennel cough)

    We also require that all boarders be treated for fleas and ticks PRIOR TO their arrival. We recommend maintaining your pet on a flea/tick preventative program. There will be a $25.00 charge from Cavalier Kennels, LLC for any pets requiring flea treatment.

  • We do not provide food for your dogs. Please bring their regular food. It is much better for a dogl's health to remain on their regular diet.

    If your pet is on medications every day, please list them above and bring them with you when you bring your pet for boarding. If the medications are not regular meds (e.g., antibiotics or steroids on a temporary basis), please bring the meds with explicit instructions on how they are to be administered, in addiiton to the contact information for the veterinary who prescribed them.
  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    While every precaution will be taken to prevent accidents and injuries, in the event of illness or injury a veterinarian will be summoned. In the event of a serious illness or injury, every effort will be made to contact the owner at the emergency number provided. If the owner cannot be reached immediately, Cavalier Kennels LLC will make the necessary decision regarding treatment. The owner will be responsible for the cost of the veterinarian services.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Please give us at least 7 days notice before the start of your stay for cancellations or changes to length of stay. If 7 days notice is not given you will be charged for 1/2 of your stay. If you do not call to cancel and you do not show you will be charged for the entire stay. For any changes to length of stay such as dropping off at a later date or picking up at an earlier date than originally scheduled. You will be charged for the total number of days that you originally booked if 7 days notice is not given.
